EvoCelestial is an AI-powered platform that automates software development tasks by:
- Converting Slack messages into pull requests
- Processing Jira tickets labeled "ai-ready" into pull requests
- Using AI to analyze codebases and generate fixes
- Creating and managing GitHub pull requests
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. API Keys and Third-Party Services
EvoCelestial requires you to provide your own API keys for third-party services (Claude AI, GitHub, Jira, Slack). You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your API keys
- Complying with third-party service terms of use
- All usage charges from third-party providers
- The consequences of compromised API keys
5. Usage Limitations
Free tier users are limited to 5 PRs per week. Paid users are charged $5 per PR created. We reserve the right to modify usage limits with reasonable notice.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use EvoCelestial for:
- Creating harmful, illegal, or unethical code
- Bypassing security measures or guardrails
- Generating malicious software or exploits
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Automating spam or abusive content
7. AI-Generated Content
EvoCelestial uses AI to generate code and content. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and ensuring the quality and correctness of any AI-generated output before use in production.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your code, repositories, and data. EvoCelestial claims no ownership over AI-generated code suggestions or modifications made to your repositories.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
EvoCelestial is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
11. Limitation of Liability
EvoCelestial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EvoCelestial operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of EvoCelestial after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
